The Multi Points card is a loyalty program through which program members earn points for payments on purchases made at Guydrolic Inc., applicable to all parts and labour, excluding machinery and equipment. The points can then be exchanged for all kinds of rewards.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">You earn points when you pay your bills (by bank transfer, Interac, debit card, credit card, cheque, etc.), with no need to present your loyalty card. Nor can they be used to pay the balance of a credit card or invoice charged to a customer account. Multi Points can only be redeemed for values of $25.00 or more. No cash back will be given. Please allow fifteen (15) days for your rewards to be processed. Each time you redeem points, 400 points will be deducted for processing fees. Example: to purchase a reward worth 2,500 points, you must have at least 2,900 points in your Multi Point account.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Guydrolic Inc. gift cards<\/li>\n<li>Visa prepaid cards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Guydrolic Inc. will post all the available rewards on the www.guydrolic.com website, as well as on Facebook. They will be updated periodically.<\/p>\n<p>All rewards earned with the Multi Points card will be subject to confirmation of the customer\u2019s Multi Points balance, which must be sufficient to purchase said reward.\u2028In the event of a return, a credit or a refund, the Multi Points awarded at the time of purchase will be deducted from the total points registered to the customer&#8217;s account.<\/p>\n<h3>Lost\/stolen cards<\/h3>\n<p>In the event of loss or theft of your Multi points card, the cardholder is responsible for notifying the program manager at Guydrolic Inc. immediately. Any unused Multi Points will be automatically transferred to your new account when your new card is issued. The fee for replacing a card is $10.00 or 1,000 points.\u2028\u2028Guydrolic Inc. cannot be held responsible for transactions made on the account between the time the card was lost or stolen and the time Guydrolic Inc. was notified.<\/p>\n<h3>Program violations or fraud<\/h3>\n<p>Any case of fraud or abuse of the program by a customer, as well as any discovery of false information provided by a consumer or non-compliance with the terms and conditions, may result in the cancellation of the Multi Points card and any Multi Points that have been accumulated.<br \/>If Guydrolic Inc. cancels a customer\u2019s membership for a reason such as cheating, abuse, embezzlement, card cloning or any other unacceptable practice not authorized by Guydrolic Inc., the customer&#8217;s Multi Points will be automatically cancelled without notice.<\/p>\n<h3>Program modification or interruption<\/h3>\n<p>Guydrolic Inc. reserves the right to terminate the program at any time and\/or modify its components in whole or in part without notice, including the method of earning Multi Points and\/or the list of products and services offered as rewards.\u2028\u2028If the program is terminated or suspended, any cardholders who still have unused Multi Points on the date the program is terminated or suspended will have sixty (60) days to redeem them. After this date, the Multi Points will automatically lose their value. \u2028\u2028Multi Points cards remain the property of Guydrolic Inc. and must be returned upon request.<\/p>\n<h3>General information<\/h3>\n<p>The terms and conditions of this program are subject to the laws and regulations of the province where the Multi Points cardholder resides, as well as those of Canada. In the event that any of the provisions contained herein shall be declared invalid or illegal, such provision or part thereof shall be deemed to be severed and the remaining provisions contained herein shall remain in full force and effect.\u2028\u2028Any questions about the program should be addressed to Guydrolic Inc. by email at multipoints@guydrolic.com<\/p>\n<p>In the event that events beyond the control of Guydrolic Inc. (acts of God, natural disasters, civil unrest, war or significant changes in economic or business conditions) seriously compromise the ability of Guydrolic Inc. to maintain the program as currently described, the program may be suspended or terminated in whole or in part and accumulated Multi Points will be cancelled without notice and may not be subsequently exchanged or transferred.\u2028\u2028Any tax obligations that may become payable in connection with the accumulation or redemption of Multi Points will be borne by the customer.<\/p>\n<h3>Privacy<\/h3>\n<p>Personal information collected as part of the Multi Points card program will only be used by Guydrolic Inc. and will not be sold or rented to other companies or organizations, unless tacitly authorized by the cardholder. This information is needed for program administration in order for Guydrolic Inc. to manage cardholders\u2019 accounts and update the point balances earned by program members, grant rewards and privileges to Multi Points cardholders, better understand the needs and preferences of program members, and improve the services offered to Multi Points program participants. Personal information on members is considered to be an asset of the Multi Points card program and in the event of the sale or transfer of Guydrolic Inc. property titles, this information will be transferred as one of the assets of Guydrolic Inc.<br \/>However, Guydrolic Inc. may and must, when legally required, transmit any information concerning Multi Points granted to consumers, notably to the competent tax authorities, if applicable. The information provided to Guydrolic Inc. upon enrolment may also be used to communicate with cardholders to inform them of upcoming events, special offers and exclusive promotions. If you do not wish to receive communications from Guydrolic Inc., please inform Guydrolic Inc. by email at multipoints@guydrolic.com. Guydrolic Inc. must have a valid address on file for each cardholder so that program information can be sent to the correct address. In the event of a change of address, the cardholder must notify Guydrolic Inc. of the new address immediately.
